My Sibling And I Have Very Different Personalities

My sibling and I have very different personalities, nature resulted in conflict growing up. My sister Abbey and I are only eighteen months apart and have shared a room for as long as I can remember. We have polar opposite personalities and would fight constantly growing up. I am very introverted, bring in large groups of people drains me. I like having time to myself but can be extroverted in social situations. I am a very easy-going flexible person and I try to avoid conflict as much as possible. While Abbey is extremely extroverted. She is the life of the party and is not afraid to state her opinion. Growing up we were always getting into arguments over everything. Arguing over who got to sit shotgun in the car, who got the television remote, or whose friends could sleep over. My little brother Timmy is five years younger than me and is one of my best friends. We have fairly similar personalities and almost never fought. This was not the case for Abbey and Timmy. Both having strong personalities and being very strong willed they were always fighting, a considerably more than Abbey and I did. Like psychologist, Sulloway suggested conflict was extremely prevalent in my life growing up and states that it was a force that helped shape my personality. I was constantly trying to keep the peace between my sister and brother and learned how to stand up for myself and express my own option.
